You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account using My Account located at the top of any page. You should receive an email confirmation after each step of the order process; if these do not arrive within an hour after you have placed your order, please check your “spam” folder first then Contact Us for assistance. When we dispatch your order from our warehouse, we will send you an email with a courier tracking number and instructions on how to track the location of your courier delivery. When you receive your order, it is IMPORTANT that you check to make sure everything is in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective) and let us know right away if there is a problem with your order.
